If you are like most people you are unsure of the differences between leasing and purchasing a vehicle of if one or the other is right for your circumstances. As you will see below, there are some huge differences. they are;
Leasing
- You only pay for that portion of the vehicle that you use. I.E.,
the term of the lease 2,3 or 4 years.
- You get a new vehicle every 2 – 4 years
- Usually will not have the vehicle long enough to get into any
significant repair bills.
- Monthly payments are lower.
- Entire payment is a write off if used as a company vehicle.
- Car payments never end. You have to get another vehicle at the
end of your lease and start payments all over again.
Purchasing
- You own the vehicle at the end of the payment term
- Payments are higher
- Vehicle rapidly depreciates in value in most cases. In fact your
new car can be worth as much as $3,000 less as soon as you
drive it off the dealer’s lot.
- You own the vehicle once it is paid off.
- If you keep the vehicle for more than 4 years and the warranty has
expired, you are bound to have some major repair bills (these still
may be less than payments on a new vehicle).
Whether you decide if purchasing or leasing is the best option for you, you should protect your investment/car’s finish with a car cover.

With gas prices seemingly going higher, there a couple of things that you can do in order to save money on your gas purchases. The first thing to do is go on the internet and research which gas station in your area sells their gas the cheapest. The second thing that you can do is only purchase your gas in the morning hours. The reason for this is that gas expands when it warms up so you will get more fumes when it is warm. Cold gasoline is more condensed so you will actually get the amount of gas you are paying for. The third thing that you should do is put the gasoline dispenser on the slowest speed possible. Again, this will help the volume of gasoline that you receive.
Lastly, if you pay cash for your gas instead of using a credit card, you will save as much as $.12 per gallon on your purchase. If you only use one of these suggestions, you will save money on your SUV’s gas purchases.

There are some benefits to having the windows tinted on your truck or car. Tinted windows will block out about 75-80% of the harmful UV rays of the sun which can give you skin cancer and also will dry out your cars interior and eventually cause it to rip or tear.
If you decide to have your windows tinted, make sure to check on the laws in your state regarding how dark you can go as well as if you can tint your trucks driver and passenger front side windows.
Window tinting can be costly depending on the number of windows you are tinting. A less expensive alternative would be a truck cover. It will block up to 100% of UV rays that can harm your vehicle’s interior.

1. Purchase a good wax.
Go to your local auto parts store and pick up the wax for your vehicle. If your paint has clear coat, make sure to select a wax that is non-abrasive so you do not remove the clear coat finish.
2. Wash and dry your vehicle.
First wash your car or truck to get all of the dirt off of it. Then make sure that your vehicle is completely dry. If you use a shammy to dry your vehicle you should finish up with a soft towel after the shammy.
3. Park your vehicle in a shaded area
Your auto’s exterior should be cool to the touch before beginning to apply the wax. If the exterior is hot or you wax your vehicle in sunlight, you run the risk of baking the wax onto your paint. If there aren’t any shady spots available we suggest applying the wax to one small section at a time.
4. You are now ready to begin waxing
Use a damp terry cloth towel, clean sponge, or an applicator pad that comes with your wax to apply the wax. Put a small amount on your applicator by dipping into the container or squeezing the liquid wax on the applicator being used. Rub the wax in using a circular motion, one section at a time. Keep in mind that any wax that gets into crevices can be removed later with either a towel or toothbrush. Work quickly to cover your entire vehicle with the wax. If you are in the sun work on only one small section at a time.
5. Removing the wax.
Once you have finished applying the wax go back to where you started and begin to wipe it off with a soft terry cloth towel. Rotate the towel as needed in order to leave as little residue wax dust as possible on your vehicle. If you wait too long to remove the wax it will be really tough to remove it.
6. Finishing up.
Walk around your vehicle looking for any spots that you may have missed. If you notice that you have gotten wax on any unpainted parts, you can usually remove it with glass cleaner or a damp terry cloth towel. Lastly, take a clean, dry terry cloth towel and go over the vehicle one last time to pick up any excess wax dust.truck cove
Now that your vehicle is detailed, we recommend using a car or truck cover to keep your vehicle looking great longer.
